I was approached to assist a client in preparing their luxury Trousdale estate for the market. Collaborating with the client's team and utilizing trusted providers, we revamped the smart home system, renovated two rooms, restored several areas, and refreshed landscaping.

As the project lead, I managed contractor agreements, pricing, and team coordination for smooth service delivery. Acting as the main communication point for the client's preferences, I ensured the project's details were met while maintaining their home and privacy. Project was completed in 4 months. The 4800 sq ft property was listed for $17 million.
