Overseeing the full renovation of this 7,000 sq ft residence — later featured in Architectural Digest — I served as the key liaison between the client and internationally renowned designer Nicolo Bini of Line Architecture, ensuring creative briefs were consistently met. I managed all contractor and fabrication bids, rigorously scrutinizing plans and purchases to protect the client's budget and timeline throughout.

On-site, I supervised construction, maintained site security, and remained a constant point of contact for swift problem-solving. Once the client moved in, I transitioned seamlessly into household operations — overseeing staffing, payroll, service agreements, and daily scheduling to support a smooth and balanced lifestyle.

I also coordinated all events and provided diary management support to both the client and their PA, ensuring no detail was overlooked. This project deepened both my expertise and my professional relationships in ways that continue to add value to every client I serve
