I was engaged as the client's representative throughout the full renovation of this 7,000 sq ft residence — later featured in Architectural Digest — serving as the primary point of contact between the client and internationally renowned designer Nicolo Bini of Line Architecture. My role was to ensure the client's vision, preferences, and specifications were clearly communicated and consistently reflected at every stage.

I facilitated contractor and fabrication engagement, reviewed bids and expenditure on the client's behalf, and maintained clear documentation to support informed decision-making around budget and timeline. I was a consistent on-site presence, serving as the central communication point for the client's team and supporting prompt resolution of day-to-day issues as they arose.

Following project completion and the client's move-in, I transitioned into household operations — coordinating staffing logistics, payroll administration, service agreements, and daily scheduling to support seamless estate management.

I also provided full event coordination and diary management support for both the client and their PA, ensuring every commitment and detail was tracked and delivered.
