This family travelled extensively for work, and since purchasing their Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home, we have completed numerous renovation projects together — both small in scale and architecturally significant.

I coordinated the selection process for architects and designers with the appropriate knowledge of and respect for the home's distinctive style and the client's refined taste. I facilitated contractor engagement, liaised with city planning to track and progress permit applications, and identified cost efficiencies through diligent vendor coordination and review.

My role also extended to full estate management: home security monitoring, pet care, errand management, financial record-keeping, recruitment, and staffing coordination. I reviewed all utility accounts closely, successfully identifying an underground water leak that resulted in a billing rebate — and maintained reduced staffing and utility protocols during the client's absences to support ongoing cost efficiency.
